My wife has a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT. Her car was hit in the rear end by another vehicle on the highway. Consequently, the alignment was knocked out of specs. Firma ULZ was recommended for a professional repair. The car was left with Firma ULZ for an alignment check. The car comes back from the said check with a report. When compared with the factory specs it was obvious that it was out of limits. I pointed out the condition to the Meister. The reference values from the factory were in a different format than the values provided by the repair shop. I pointed out such fact and Meister ULZ was unable to convert decimal degrees into minutes and seconds. On top of all, he becomes rather irritated and rude to my plead to have the car repaired properly. How can a reputable repair shop repair accident damage without understanding Factory specs?
